Week 5: 5 days of running,
6-4-5-4-6 miles
Week 6: 5 days of running,
6-4-6-4-6 miles
Week 7: 5 days of running,
6-4-6-4-7 miles
Week 8: 5 days of running,
7-4-6-4-7 miles
Week 9-12 maintain week 8 level and add a day of faster running. Practice begins August 27th
